Monthly Management Fee: $125.00/month per unit

Our monthly management fee for a single family or single unit in a multifamily development. Any and all fees that an owner would incur during the management of their own property is passed to the owner. This fee includes:

*24/7 Maintenance Emergency Response *Rent Collection

*Servicing Notices
*One Annual Inspection
*Two Annual Drive-by inspections *Move-Out Inspection
*Annual Report (1099)

Rent-Up Fee: $1,000.00 or 1⁄2 first month’s rent

This fee includes:
*Online Marketing
*Unlimited Tenant Showings *Tenant Screening
*Lease signing & Negotiation *Move-In Inspection with photos

Al A Cart Services

Tenant Screening: $100.00

Our screening fee for up to 3 applicants. Fee includes:

*Review of credit report & financials
*Phone interview with applicant(s) and past references

Rent-Up Fee: first month’s rent
