What is the security deposit?
Security deposits are usually one months of rent if credit meets our requirements. Owner could ask for up to another month rent as a deposit depending on the credit report.
What are the rental requirements?
Applicants must have verifiable credit history and report that demonstrates a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion.
Credit score to be higher than 600.
No Evictions or monies owed to previous landlords.
Income should be three times the amount of rent.
Applicants should have no more than 25% negative/derogatory accounts.
Bankruptcies must be discharged and at least 2 years old.
Do you allow PETS?
Pet Policy: We work with individual owners and it depends if they prefer pets on their property or not. If owners do allow pets, there is an additional pet deposit between $500-750 depending on owners discretion.
If home is located in an HOA, we adhere to their pet policy.
